The Side Gig Society is for direct sellers who want to get results in their business and have fun doing it.

Most direct sellers don't want to make a career of their business, but if you want it to be more than a hobby and get results from the effort you put into it, you need some skills. 

Up until now, most of the training that's available to the everyday direct seller is so dumbed-down that it's essentially useless. You might get some results here and there, but they aren't consistent.

You need time-tested systems that you can implement quickly to get easy results and support so that you can tweak the systems to fit your goals and your life, and that's what you'll get in The Side Gig Society. 

Here's what The Side Gig Society will look like: 

• It will have workshops that will be approximately one hour of content broken down into lessons that are 10 minutes or less, because if you're working your business in your nooks and crannies, you should be able to get your training the same way. 
• Each lesson will explain a system or concept so you can watch what you want and don't waste time learning something you don't need or will never use.
• Every system is simple and versatile, so you can use it no matter how you run your business. 
• There will be support through monthly coaching calls where you can ask any questions you want about your business, and the replays will be time-stamped so that you can skip to the parts that are important to you.
• There will also be a Facebook group to ask questions, get feedback, and celebrate wins. You can even post anonymously so you can be honest.

The Side Gig Society will officially open on July 24, and I'm looking for founding members who want to get early access to the content and give me feedback on it so it's the best program there is for the everyday direct seller.

I have a general vision for what the program will look like, but I need your help to fill in the gaps and fine-tune it.

Here are the benefits of being a founding member:

• You'll get early access to content so that you can review and implement it and give me feedback on it. (I want to create content that gets results quickly, easily, and consistently.) 
• You'll get to give input on the topics so that it is your go-to resource for your business. (I don't want this to be another program that sits on your digital shelf, and you don't use it because it isn't relevant to what you need right now.)
• You'll be locked into a discounted rate for the summer and have the option of extending the discounted rate for as long as you're a member of SGS.* (When SGS officially opens, it will be $17/month, and then $27/month in the fall.) 

Here are the expectations of founding members: 

• Give me feedback. We'll communicate through Messenger and Google Forms. This is your chance to help structure a program for you (and your team) that you'll actually use because it gets you the results you want. 
• Work your business at least three hours a week. If I could create a program that allowed people to build a business in less time, I would, and maybe we'll be able to accomplish that with SGS, but for now, let's assume that it takes at least three hours (even if it's spread out in 10-minute intervals) to consume and apply content and get results.
• Be coachable, open to trying things, and willing to challenge me. I'm not asking you to help me create the content; I'm asking you to be willing to consume and implement the content and give me feedback on it. Some of it might be new to you. Some of it might be different than what your uplines (or even you) teach. Some of it might be things you tried before. Let's talk about what's working and what isn't. One of the things I'm really good at is breaking down systems and processes to figure out their key aspects, and I need data to do that. If I had all the answers, I would just launch this without founding members. Your feedback, data, and experience are valuable. 
• Provide data/case study/testimonial. I want you to get measurable results, celebrate your progress, and use it as inspiration for others. 

I would love the founding members to be the full range of direct sellers in terms of companies, experience, goals, titles, etc.
