Recalibrate's recruiting methods are relationship-based.
You will need a growing customer base to recruit business builders.
A customer is someone who makes a purchase and enters your customer care program (i.e., social media, email list, VIP group, etc.) so that you can stay connected and build a relationship.
You will learn how to use the stages of sponsoring and guide potential team members through the decision-making process that all business builders go through before they join. Â
It can take a business builder days, weeks, months, or even years to decide to join (think about how long it took you).
For this reason, you should be adding at least 20 new customers to your customer base every month so that you have enough potential business builders to recruit.
Very few people are able to do this just by posting on social media.
Hosted events are the most effective and efficient way to build your customer base, sell products, book more events, get recruit leads, and train your team. Hosted events can include virtual and in-person parties, pop-ups, workshops, masterclasses, live selling, and open houses.Â
In order to be able to focus on recruiting, selling and customer acquisition are not taught in Recalibrate.
No one sets out
to build a team full of hobbyists.

When leaders start recruiting, they do more of what gets people to say yes. And in the beginning, that makes sense.
Some of those people build businesses. Most don’t.
Over time, teams become a mix of builders and hobbyists, and leaders start realizing they want more of the first and less of the second.
But you keep recruiting the same way because it created growth before; however, you start to realize growth and alignment aren’t always the same thing.
Eventually feelings of dissatisfaction and burnout sneak up on you.
