COMMIT is 1:1 coaching for direct sellers.

Enrollment is limited and closes on September 19, 2025 (or before that if all of the spots are taken).

COMMIT is:

• Action-based coaching. You'll commit to an action at the end of a coaching session, and you must complete it before you request another coaching session. This isn't about consuming a bunch of content. It's about making progress toward your goals.
• Self-paced coaching. You can move as quickly as you want; no one will hold you back. There is no minimum time between calls. 
• Personalized coaching. We'll create an individual plan that is unique to you.
• Direct coaching. No sugarcoating or fluff. 

COMMIT is for you if:

• You're a leader or aspiring leaders who is ready to commit to yourself and your goals.
• You have a specific year-end goal (trip, title) or want to level up your business.
• You're all-in on yourself and your goals, and you're willing to adapt and step out of your comfort zone. 

COMMIT is not for you if:

• You don't want to change what you're doing or how you're doing it. If you're on track to reach your goal doing what you're doing, you don't need COMMIT.
• You want a plug-and-play program. This is personalized coaching. We're going to write your playbook.
• You're wishy-washy about your goals. 

How it works:

• On your first call, we'll come up with a plan for your business so you can reach your year-end goal. This call will be one hour.
• You'll schedule your next call after you complete your first step.
• Each call (except your first call) will be up to 20 minutes, and you'll leave it with your next step. 
• You can schedule your next call when you complete the step.
• Coaching sessions are during Kelly's office hours. Mondays through Thursdays from 10 am to 5 pm PT.
• You can message Kelly as much as you want between calls to ask questions, get feedback, etc.

• Pay-in-full - 1 payment of $997

• Guaranteed pricing or access to future rounds of COMMIT. (The next time I offer COMMIT, it will be $1,497 for three months.)
