Many of the systems that are taught in Recalibrate are not what is preached and practiced in direct sales.Â
The focus is recruiting and retaining business builders, not just signing people up and getting them qualified.Â
Recalibration is about precision and focus. The content is focused on recruiting. When you fine-tune your recruiting practices, everything else in your business will naturally realign.
It is not a bootcamp-paced program that promises quick results that don't last. I purposely set it up as a three-month program to give you enough time to learn the systems and get results without getting burned out.Â
Recalibrate is a new program, but the content is tried-and-true. These are the same systems I used and taught when I was in the field.Â

You'll need a steady stream of new customers to build a team of business builders.
A customer is defined as someone who makes a purchase and enters your customer care system (social media, email, VIP group) so that you can build a connection with them and guide them through the recruiting process.
Hosted events are the most effective way to meet new people, sell products, and fill your team building pipeline.Â
Hosted events can include parties, live selling, masterclasses, workshops, and pop-ups.
